ABOUT THE PROJECT

Welcome to The Piqua Center, formerly known as the Miami Valley Centre Mall. This 524K sq ft space was once a vibrant hub for shopping and entertainment. From its early days as a bustling mall to the challenges it faced in the modern era, we're proud to be a part of this landmark's journey. Our team has worked hard to uncover the past of this iconic shopping destination, and we're excited to share that history with you.

However, with the rise of online commerce and the changing retail landscape, malls across the country have been struggling to stay afloat. Even big box store tenants such as Sears and JC Penney have closed their doors, leaving malls like this one empty and abandoned. But we believe in the potential of The Piqua Center. That's why we bought the mall and are working hard to breathe new life into it. We've subdivided The Piqua Center into three areas to better serve the needs of our community.

First and foremost, we have the Food & Entertainment area. This 86K sq ft area is dedicated to providing a fun-filled environment for families and individuals to enjoy. Whether you're looking for a delicious meal, a place to hang out with friends, or an activity to get your heart rate up, we've got you covered. Our food court concept plan will include variety of restaurants and bars, while our entertainment is proposed to include a gym, trampoline park, and other family-friendly activities.

Next up, we have the Retail & Boutique area. This 192K sq ft area features a wide variety of stores, both local and national, selling everything from clothing and home goods to electronics and sporting equipment. We're committed to providing a diverse mix of shopping options that cater to everyone's needs.

Last but not least, we have the Flex Business Incubator area. This 245K sq ft area is dedicated to meeting the warehousing and e-commerce needs of the local community. We offer space for wholesalers and product vendors to keep their products and sell online. We also provide space for local and regional tradesmen, such as electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers, to store their equipment. The Industrial Incubator area features shared docks doors and garage doors to accommodate a range of warehousing needs.
